When2Tip does not provide financial advice, tax advice, legal advice or official guidance on what you must pay or tip.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking your bill, confirming whether tax, service charge or gratuity has already been included, and deciding what payment or tip is appropriate.

Limits of estimation

Calculations depend on the values you enter and the mode you select. Real bills may include local taxes, service charges, rounding, card fees, discounts, exchange-rate differences or venue-specific charges that the app cannot detect.

No warranty

While we aim to provide helpful calculations and guidance, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, completeness or reliability of any calculation, country guidance, percentage, tax treatment or total.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Tools & Tips and the creators of When2Tip accept no liability for any loss, dispute, payment issue, incorrect bill amount, incorrect tip, tax difference or other outcome arising from use of the app or website.

The website may link to third-party services including the Apple App Store, Google Play or the main Travel Tools & Tips site. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
